The Taiwan Fair has ended. Thank you to everyone who joined us.

We turned the flavors and aromas we met in Taiwan into a vegan course in our own style, layering fermentation, fresh herbs, and spices so that each dish feels like a journey.

Prices

• Lunch: ¥7,700 (tax incl., 2 guests or more)
• Dinner: ¥11,000 (tax incl., 2 guests or more)
• Solo Taiwan Course: ¥11,000 (tax incl., one guest only)

Dinner is a private booking with an additional 15% service charge.
