Information we collect

Reservations: name, email address, phone number, date and time of visit, number of guests, course, add-ons, and requests. Contact form: name, email address, subject, and message.

Purpose of use

To accept and confirm your reservation, contact you (confirmation email and a reminder the day before), reply to inquiries, and understand visit history to improve our hospitality. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored in a Google Sheets reservation ledger managed by us and in our restaurant mailbox. Our reservation calendar shows only your name, party size, course, and booking number. It is not stored on this website or its hosting service.

To prevent abuse, submissions are checked with Cloudflare Turnstile.

Retention

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Access, correction, and deletion

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, please contact us below. We will respond after confirming your identity.
